Mr. Björn McKENZIE
Chair of the ACI Council
Mr. McKenzie is a geologist by profession with more than 30 years of experience in mining investment banking, assessing assets, replacing and growing resources in mining and industrial minerals. He has consulted for the oil & gas industry and worked extensively in Africa, Eurasia and South America. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree in Economic Geology, Applied Finance and Investment.

Mr. Rupare, Sr. is the founder of Rupares Insurance Brokers, South Africa. Mr. Rupare, Sr. holds premium Institute of Marketing (IMM) and Financial Planning Diploma qualifications, and has over 28 years marketing experience, expertise and net-working at executive level, locally and internationally. He has operated his own consolidated Estate Agency, Financial, Tax, Estate Planning and Training Consultancy since 2000 and won national broking Gold and Silver awards for top production and client service excellency. He was a sales and marketing manager for various major financial institutions from 1984-2000.
