The projects are for exploration of gold, copper, cobalt, nickel and other minerals. The ventures comes with a 3,350 hectare field located 15km from the site which is the continuity from the largest to-date multi-billion Ambatovy mining project and the largest finished nickel project in the world. The field it is composed of 70% primary forest making it potentially interesting for the venture and polluting organisations wanting to acquire carbon credits.

The project gold license covers 183,924 hectares and is located on the same site which was highly publicized where a gold rush in 2010 saw tens of thousands of people settling illegally on the site raising more than 30kg of gold a week.
