Overview

ACI and partners are progressing iron ore mining on the Topa iron belt in the Central African Republic (CAR).

Assay results from initial core drilling from exploration holes showed high grade iron ore with a weighted average >60% Fe. The projects are believed to contain 3 billion tonnes of iron mineralisation of which 800 million is high >60% Fe content and can be developed commercially over a mine life of 20 years.

The mineralisation style is thought to be similar to those being developed in Australia, Cameroon, Mount Nimba areas of Simandou, Guinea Conakry and and Minas Gerais, Brazil. Below annexture with proposed mine area and route to neighboring Cameroon proposed port.
