ACI is an African group of companies with focus on Mining, Renewable energy and Agribusiness. It has representation on 4 continents. In 2015, ACI undertook a strategic process of strengthening its core business in line with market changes and global shift in mining and energy sectors. The Company is steadfast is building sustainable business principles and they are demonstrating this by upgrading its business operations to reflect changes in the environment after the historic “Paris Agreement” last year during the COP21 or CMP 11 negotiations in which 195 countries agreed to a plan to combat climate change. “Our legacy and business practices depend on preserving the environment for future generations and to ensure that wealth creation is not at the detriment of a planet that needs rejuvenation,” said Julian RUPARE, Jr. CEO of ACI.

In line with this strategy it was necessary for ACI to refresh its brand to reflect these principles. A new logo that maintains the heritage of the organisation has been unveiled. “It reflects a greener environment and uses a compass hand to mark our global intent of being an organisation with a moral compass. “A respected brand is key in unlocking opportunities and maintaining our vision of being a company destined for prosperity,” affirmed Charles Nhamo RUPARE, COO of ACI.
