Ebène, Mauritius, Johannesburg, South Africa, Harare, Zimbabwe, Vienna, Austria, Toronto, Canada, Tokyo, Japan, Houston, USA, Warsaw, Poland – February 26, 2020.

Dear Valued Global Partners, Clients and Employees,

ACI is closely monitoring the developments with respect to the spread of the pandemic influenza outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our top priority is the health and well-being of our global partners, clients and employees. We have been taking the necessary steps across all functions of the organisation to enable us to support our global partners, employees and clients’ needs with a minimal level of disruption.

ACI is following guidance from governments where we operate and taking additional actions to promote employees’ health and safety and to make sure they are kept abreast of COVID-19 developments. The actions taken include restricting business travel, postponing events, and quarantining employees who have traveled or been in proximity with infected people.

ACI has put in place business continuity and technology plans that will enable us to conduct business by our teams working from home. We took actions to test and ensure we are able to operate the organisation and service our global partners and clients under any circumstances.

ACI managed and supported our global clients and partners through the 2008 Financial Crisis and we are doing our best to do it again. The ACI core values are “Honesty, Integrity and Vision”. In these times, when there is so much uncertainty and unrest, it is paramount now more than ever that our global partners and clients rely on us. We are committed to being responsive to our global partners and clients needs. Our employees are here for you.

We continue to monitor this rapidly fluid situation and will do everything we can to protect our employees, global partners and clients, and to remain ready to serve you.

Thank you for your continued trust in us.

For and on behalf of the Company’s Board of Directors

Julian RUPARE, Jr.
