Johannesburg, South Africa, Harare, Zimbabwe, Vienna, Austria, Tokyo, Japan – February 04, 2014 – The Board of African Compass International Limited (“ACI” or the “Company”) are pleased to announce the Company has executed the Heads of Agreement “the “HOA” at the 2014 Indaba for establishing a JV entity between ACI’s direct, wholly-owned subsidiary, ACI Vienna and its Gabon based local strategic partner.
The agreement includes both partners focusing on expanding the local strategic partner’s current manganese and niobium assets and operations. The HOA outlines the JV terms between ACI and the local strategic partner with further details to remain confidential under the executed NDA.
